Bitsy III, this handsome little Maltese has been chosen for our October Pup of the Month. Our little Bitsy likes to sit with his mama and play with his special toy. Bitsy is sporting orange pompoms in his ears to show his excitement for Halloween. Happy Halloween Y'all!
